PROCESS AND PRICING

I have been designing gardens in Leicestershire, Rutland, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire for over 15 years. Working closely with landscapers on the ground, I pride myself on not only producing design led solutions for gardens, but also resolving practical issues that sites may have, for example level changes or new extensions that need to be accommodated. I have experience of both new build and period homes, and can even design gardens from plan when the homes are yet to be built!

My design fees start from £650, dependant on the size and complexity of the garden.  For this design fee, you will receive a 2D plan, 3D visuals, and a mood board, as well as a specification document. The specification document includes details of materials I recommend for each area, as well as trusted suppliers that I have used in the past.

 

I work closely with a select few local landscapers that I trust, as well as being competitively priced. Their quality workmanship and attention to detail can be seen from past projects and testimonials from previous clients. When the time comes to creating the garden, I can create a shortlist for you to choose from.

 

I will visit site to meet you and have a look at your current garden, and following this meeting, I will send you a design quotation. Once the design quotation is accepted, I will arrange to come and complete a site survey, and send you a client brief, from which I will then produce a concept design for you, using Computer Aided Design to help you to visualise how your garden will look in conjunction with your home.

 

I am also very happy to be involved in the planting element of the garden further down the line; I worked at a plant nursery for 11 years, and the planting at the end of a project really does 'make' the garden. I will also be able to provide a quotation to supply the plants to you, often at a reduced price from what you would pay at a garden centre!
